Working hours: Full-time40 hrs./week

The SAP PlusOne Network Operations team, a unit of Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery, is looking for an intern in the area of DevOps. You will be responsible for supporting initiatives to yield better outcomes within ServiceNow.

In this role you will:

  • Working with partners in organization in and out of GCID, raise the standard of excellence in ServiceNow reporting and maintenance.
  • Identify Gaps between our as-is operational model and operational needs (present and future), and ensure there is a plan of attack for filling those gaps

Reporting to the unit of PlusOne Network Engineering, this role provides exposure report development, HCSM configuration task prioritization and communication. You must demonstrate the ability to be successful in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented online environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, Update, Deactivate, Add, or remove members from Assignment & Approval Groups in ServiceNow.
  • Create, Update, Retire, and maintain Service offerings in ServiceNow
  • Create, update, and maintain reports and dashboards in ServiceNow
  • Create, Update, and maintain OLAs in ServiceNow
  • Adopt a culture of continual process improvement and best practice within the region, with regional peers in global forums, to ensure processes and tools are effective
  • Ability to track tasks, make assignments, and deliver on commitment dates
  • Ensuring that the standard process is adopted and adhered to
  • Assists in updating SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and various other documents under the Service Catalog and document controls

  • currently enrolled in a secondary education program
  • You are studying in a MIS or Computer related field or similar with good academic performance, preferably in an advanced stage of your studies
  • You work independently and are a quick learner
  • You can work with a Global team.
  • Prior software development and/or configuration preferred
