• Act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, managing the relationship, resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Identify new OEM partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business in alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and execute OEM partnership agreements.
• Monitor OEM partner performance, including sales targets, compliance, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal or termination.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on partner performance and market trends.What you bring:
• Strong understanding of OEM and software distribution models.
• Proven experience in managing partner relationships and commercial agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
• A pro-active and result-oriented team-player with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Confidence working across all levels in an organisation, must be highly credible both internally and externally
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and partner management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools as well as Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Business/IT Degree
• Experience with SAP Systems would be an advantage.
: To support partners in North America, this position will have a set working pattern from 1.00-9.00pm
OR2.00-10.00pm. An additional shift allowance is provided for these working hours.
