In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead design initiatives that encompass analyses and Current state designs
- Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks
- Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions
- Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:
- Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models
- Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC etc
- Hands on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc
- Should be well versed with process improvement techniques like Lean, Six Sigma etc
- Experience with Risk Identification Techniques like RCSA, root cause analysis will be an added advantage
- Experience in Solution design and development of solutions utilizing low code automation tools like Power Apps, Power BI, Alfresco, Alteryx, Tableau
- Experience in process reengineering and problem-solving mindset
- Good in presentation skills
- Strong communication & collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes
