Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively plan the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations, and financial goals.
  • Develop and manage the master production schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize slot plan efficiency.
  • Ensure production schedules align with factory capacity and material availability.
  • Provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering to optimize slot plan efficiency and reliability. Understand constraints and limitations, and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
  • Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills, as this role requires leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to monitor production status and strategize for success.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term business success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or relevant experience in Supply Chain.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau).
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent, summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams, multi-task, and drive actions to completion under deadlines.
  • Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred.
