Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams, as well as Logistics Partners, Facilitate daily operations calls with Logistics Partners to review the status of shipments due to depart the next day and day +2; Facilitate daily operations calls with Freight Forwarders and review Port Dwell Times.
Own and manage the vendor invoice review process and Assist Logistics Procurement during the Annual Road and Intermodal Freight RFQ processes, and support vendor set-up.
Develop and standardize SOPs for in-region logistical activities and Identify and implement savings initiatives.
Key skills and qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain Analyst role and Hands-on experience with Road, Ocean, and Air shipping modes.
Familiarity with European import/export documentation requirements and customs formalities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with Experience on ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
