You will join a multi-disciplinary, strong, dynamic and energetic development team with diverse responsibilities.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Functioning as a major part of a cross-functional high performing agile team
• Responsible for all development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows
• Building and maintaining scalable microservices run as part of a cloud native product
• Designing and developing Java services with a focus on high availability, low latency, scalability, and high throughput
• Leading the effort of modernizing our product-line and making it cloud ready
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, product owners and architects, to identify and solve challenging problems

For that mission you’ll need:

• BSc Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in software development of complex high-performance systems
• Strong, extensive background in server-side development in Java 8 and related technologies, such as JBoss, Spring
• Experience with concepts as multithreading, REST, Web-sockets and application servers
• Experience with developing Microservices
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows)

An Advantage

• Experience with Angular 2+, NodeJS, Protractor, React
• Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge
• Knowledge of NoSQL technologies, such as Elasticsearch and Hive as well as SQL traditional databases
