- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. - Ability to work for long periods of time, typically 10-12 hours per day during peak seasonal periods.
- 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment with a minimum 18 months of Store Management experience.
- Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience
- Geographical mobility is preferred.

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $76, 960 - $115,440. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
