Within this role you will be closely involved in the development of solutions to protect and enhance our environment, and we'll inspire and empower you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed – today and into tomorrow.
- You will ideally have civil engineering experience gained across a range of projects in a multi-disciplinary environment in the water sector. With a sound understanding of civil engineering principles and application, you will have:
- A degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering and ideally be a Chartered Engineer
- Up to date knowledge of current civil standards and specifications
- Good understanding of the CDM regulations
- Good understanding of the technical work undertaken in the water sector with experience in one or more of the following areas Water and/or wastewater networks; Water and/or wastewater treatment works; Bioresources; Hydraulics; Mass water conveyance
- Experience in design management and coordination
- Good motivation, influencing and people management skills so that you can lead a team and provide support for developing engineers whilst continuing to develop your own career
