Qualifications
- MS / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics with focus on Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence; equivalent experience will be considered
- 10+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning based solutions that successfully solve challenging customer problems or enable radically new experiences.
- Strong Computer Science / Data Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, data analysis, model training and evaluation, A/B testing, and ongoing model monitoring and maintenance.
- Expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala and modeling frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/Machine Learning especially Large Language Models and associated technologies (like prompt engineering, few-shot learning, supervised fine tuning, …) with focus on Natural Language Understanding and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience with Machine Learning systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience and partner effectively with Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, Program Managers, and Product Development Engineers to build solutions that delight our customers.
