Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in multi-disciplined marketing procurement.
3 years of experience in category strategy development and sourcing within Marketing categories.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree, PhD, or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Marketing.
Experience in executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, agreements, and supplier evaluations within designated categories, with a track record of achieving cost savings and value creation.
Experience leading projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation within the category.
Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
Knowledge of agreement drafting, review, and management within the category, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and experience in partnering with Agreement Teams.
