Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, program management, hardware development, or consumer electronics
    • OR equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations or a related area.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, engineering or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in program management
  • Skillfully able to lead others through ambiguous situations
  • Proficient in business tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Azure Dev Ops), and ability to generate quality outputs

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll oversee supply chain NPI for new cloud solutions, focusing on collaboration with product teams, engineering group, datacenter infrastructure teams, and supply chain functions to lead with an agile NPI framework that ensures customer requirements are met. Specific duties would include:

  • Utilizing technical expertise to engage effectively with Engineering, ensuring schedule, risk, issues, quality, and changes meet business and customer needs
  • Operating effectively in ambiguity by applying process where it’s valuable, clear, and simplifies execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define a supply chain NPI readiness strategy
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses to examine performance and influence decisions
  • Understanding the product’s technical attributes, NPI milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies to make informed decisions
  • Using program management tools and communication methods to ensure all stakeholders share a common understanding of the plan-of-record
