- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience in data center equipment planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience leveraging data analytics to optimize plans, identify and manage risks, and drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools and technologies (e.g., Ivalua, Kinaxis).
- Experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma (e.g., Green or Black), DMAIC, Lean, Value Stream Mapping, or SIPOC, and applying principles to hardware products.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new systems.
