- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience leading software quality assurance activities from inception of project to delivery to support Software DO-254/DO-178 C certification, and DO-330, DO-331, DO-332
- 7+ years' experience auditing design activities and perform process assurance activities to ensure lifecycle processes comply with approved plans and standards
- 5+ years' experience monitoring test execution
- 5+ years' experience performing conformity reviews
- 5+ years' experience participating FAA audits and change control boards
- Strong command of product development lifecycle processes
- Deep understanding showing compliance to regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated Experience with PLM, JAMA, and other common tools

- 10+ years' experience with DQA activities in DO-178 Compliance and Auditing
- 5+ years' experience with DO-254 and DO-278 Compliance and Auditing
- Demonstrated Experience with (FAA) 14 CFR 21.137 requirements
