As a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Associate, Sales Strategy Support Analyst II within the Business Development Organization, you will be responsible for various aspects of the business and its initiatives. You will be responsible for field leadership communications and ensuring field leadership is kept apprised of upcoming key CWM priorities. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to adapt quickly and flexibility with constantly changing environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage materials for the weekly Field Leadership Team staff meeting, bi-monthly Regional Director calls, weekly Market Director calls and the national advisor call
- Curate executive-ready presentations, event logistics and speakers for various forums and events including DD-W and RD-W offsites, National Achievers Conference and senior leader roadshows
- Participate in meetings with partners on strategic projects to provide feedback on advisor rollout, communications and ways to drive engagement
- Identify risk and escalate issues quickly and appropriately, helping to resolve with solution-focused mindset
- Partner with communications team to strategize plans and draft messages to cascade timely updates to field leadership and advisors
- Demonstrate strong ability to “tell the story”
- Build trust and rapport through all interactions to deliver the right outcomes for the business; driving advisor and client mindset across all strategic initiatives
- Provides execution support for the business on key priorities and business activities with a quick turnaround
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience managing projects in a client-focused environment
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation building skills
- An outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written); ability to apply quantitative and strategic approaches and work well in cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills (both written and verbal); ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- Strong judgement and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, while always remaining calm
- Strong ability to prioritize work; strong organizational skills and detail-orientation, comfort juggling a dynamic and ever-changing work
- Demonstrates a track record of a high level of initiatives, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating ability to work in unstructured, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated & a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; seek to continuously improve standards of work, address opportunities for development
