Within CO+I, the strategic Supply Chain teamis responsible fora supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Microsoft Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and operations of those assets. We are looking to filla criticalrole of– Equipment.

As part of the regional EPC, the key responsibilities are to work cross functionally with othermembers to provide oversight on the consistent implementation of the project SLA and functional governance, perform project health analysis against the approved SLAs/scope/execution plan/cost/schedule, assist with the project setup, evaluate the site resource effectiveness, conduct spot audits, assist with onboarding and training of the site based team.will be dedicated to this scope and will not be assigned to specific projects or other functional/regional activities.The project reviews and assessment will be as per theroadmap and/or managed by exception should a critical priority is raised within the region.will be based inlocation and will travel together to the site as per the roadmap and business critical priorities. Travel requirements: 50-75%.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's orMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
  • Willingness to travel from job site to job site regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or financial fields (engineering, finance, business administration, supply chain). Masters preferred.
  • Hyperscale data center or large building construction experience in an owner or general contractor
  • appropriate contracting.
  • High energy and drive to achieve results in midst of ambiguity and matrixed org.
  • Technical ability to write contracts, ability to set up sourcing plans and negotiation strategies and execute them.
  • Excellent communicator that can interact with diverse groups across organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with common process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma, etc.) and ability tofacilitatechange management.
  • Ability to implement new processes and get buy in from a cross functional team.
  • Must be able to drive sourcing strategy and supply chain execution for multiple categories.
  • Able to integrate successfully into large-scale construction projects - large dollar contracts of over $50 Million.

  • the impact of change orders to the projectwithExecution Oversight Teampartners cross-functionally tomitigate impact on schedule and cost.
  • Examine thecommercial justification for change ordersand review with siteteam.

  • OFCI Management & Quality Assurance:
  • the MEP/OFCI (Owner Furnish Contractor Installed) equipment
  • Audit receiving processof supplier equipmenton siteand supplier response time to defect resolutionin relation to quality issues
  • anydesign changespostIFCandensure alignment withExecution Oversight Teamstakeholders.
  • project design information, specifications, compliance documents and technical submittalswhile on site(master & project level design alignment)
  • Supplier Engagement & Performance
