Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience leading Software Project implementations and complex system migration activities for cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance Processes (Procure to Pay, Cost Management, Cost Accounting)

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience planning for and executing cutover and data migration plans while managing project risks
  • Expertise in integrations and orchestrations between ERPs and other technology tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to indirectly lead a team and influence others.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the planning, execution, and delivery of technology tools to enable EPC processes. Ensure software implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Defines Business Architecture efforts across the EPC and Finance organizations focusing on business pain-points, desired future outcomes, OKRs, and technology priorities. This includes creating a business case, assessing ROI, and ensuring hurdle requirements are met.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents based on the needs of internal stakeholders including engineering, procurement, construction and project controls teams to ensure new tools and/or solutions meet specific needs of the collective EPC organization.
  • Build detailed cross-functional process maps to support delivery of new tools and identify change impacts to the processes and solutions. Develops an EPC outline of the core and supporting business processes, including holistic details that cover people, processes, technology, and data.
  • Drives consistency and industry standards across both business processes and technology tools to support the organization's vision and strategy for Project Controls and Cost Accounting.
  • Write use-cases, execute test scripts and validate scenario outcomes as well as performance targets that are expected to be achieved.
  • Responsible for collecting, validating and coordinating the data migration into new tools.
  • Develop training content and ensure proper training and support are provided to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system. Train and mentor team members on best practices in schedule management and the use of digital tools.
  • Monitor and support tools post-implementation. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize strategic initiatives, develop project plans and implement enhancements.
  • Support analyzing schedule data and generating detailed reports to support decision-making and project planning.
  • Establish and maintain governance processes, ensuring compliance with master data management, enterprise policies and standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve EPC processes to enhance operational efficiency, project predictability while aligning with industry standards and best practices.
