As a Fund Administrator Servicing Associate within the U.S. Private Bank at J.P. Morgan you will be responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching fund administrator relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs for Fund Administrators. This will entail working in a complex team-oriented and fast paced environment with fund bankers, client service associates, product partners and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach across all Private Banking products.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Third Party Fund Administrators that support Financial Institution clients (Private Equity/Venture Capital)
  • Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries and transactions such as money movement including escalated research requests
  • Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations as well as protecting client assets against potential fraud activities
  • Collaborate with respective client facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • College degree or equivalent client service experience preferred
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred
  • Experience with a wide array of financial products preferred
  • Experience with banking products & treasury services preferred
  • Experience working with third party fund administrators preferred
