Job Description

• Responsible for themaintenance of the data platforms, incl. integration of new data sources

• Provide strategic direction andarchitecture guidanceto align to regional data strategy and priorities

• Work withCRM/SFE lead and omnichannel campaign managersto understand the data sources and technical setup

• Responsible forrelease / deployment management
  lifecycle (i.e.: plans release windows, manages delivery risks…)

• Plan and manage dataarchitecture projectsto complement global/EURAM structures w country specific reporting and visualization

• Develop andimplementactionable dashboards and improve existing dashboards to enhance usability, relevance, and accuracy.

• Serve as ageneral data steward, providing context to data and improve quality of data ecosystem.

• Automateand orchestrate data pipelines and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability

• Day to Day Lead for team of developers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems with a technical background, or a related field.

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence.

• Expert-level SQL skills and proficient in Python programming.

• In-depth knowledge of BI tools, with a preference for PowerBI.

• Advanced data modelling skills to design effective data structures.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment.

• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
