You will join Risk Management and Compliance function that is at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient.

As a Program Manager - Executive Director within J.P. Morgan SE Chief Risk Office team you will be focusing on Risk Management related regulatory deliverables for our European Union (EU) headquartered legal entity. You will report to the EU legal entity Chief Risk Officer and work in close partnership with all risk teams and other functions, including Finance, Controls, Compliance, Technology and Regulatory Management.

Job responsibilities

• Project management, preparation and coordination of high profile regulatory on-site inspections
• In partnership with Finance and other key functions, lead the coordination and execution of major regulatory exams, including the ECB Stress Test
• Develop project plans and governance structures in order to identify critical dependencies, clear ownership and key milestones
• Run working groups and steering committees and maintain accurate meeting records
• Coordinate and prepare materials for recurring and ad hoc updates to regulators
• Produce presentation materials for briefings to senior management
• Work closely with Regulatory Management to identify key deliverables and emerging issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Excellent organizational, control and project management skills
• Strong prioritisation, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, confident in both verbal and written communication at all levels, influencing action and change across multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of the EU regulatory environment, including prior experience of interacting with and presenting to regulators, would be an advantage
• Excellent partnership and teamwork skills, with ability to work closely with senior management and key stakeholder functions
• Sound judgement with the acumen to know when to escalate issues to senior management
• Experience and understanding of Risk Management functions preferred
• Project management qualification or equivalent experience desirable
