Participants will receive one-to-one mentorship from J.P. Morgan Quantitative Researchers, interact with senior leaders and receive continuous guidance for career development. The one-to-one mentorship sessions will be conducted via video calls from June to August 2025.

Who are we looking for?

• Currently enrolled in a master’s or PhD degree in math, sciences, engineering, computer science, economics, machine learning or other quantitative fields
• Expected graduation between December 2026 to July 2027
• Based in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, China or Singapore
