Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects in marketing, research and insights fields (e.g., consulting, research, consumer or B2B marketing insights).
Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Experience supporting or managing research and measurement agencies.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience independently identifying and leveraging credible data sources.
Experience extracting data from databases in order to generate insights.
Experience in desk research and social media research.
Knowledge of programming to build simple dashboards.
Ability to produce high-quality, forward content independently.
