Your OKRs will be directly tied to the value you provide to our most loyal customers in the Trust & Safety and Digital Identity space. You’ll leverage the best and latest tools at Walmart to develop experiences that have changed the industry.

In this role, you will…

· Drive fraud policy & abuse prevention product development for Walmart+ Membership Program including detection, models, third-party data integrations, and consumer verification measures.

· Develop fraud dispute management processes and identify capability needs.

· Drive strategy and product development for digital identification of Walmart+ Members across all channels (online, in-store).

· Frame up problems in the Trust & Safety and Digital Identity space and build & own the product roadmap supporting this.

· Author detailed product requirement documents (PRD) where you’ll be working with key stakeholders to help determine what to build, why we are solving for it, how it will be build, and when to build it.

· Act as product owner for scrum teams working to ship fraud & digital identity platform products. Support product implementation and deployment by engaging with Platform Engineering and Scrum Masters during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions, ensure feature adoption, and coordinate post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed.

· Drive reporting for your portfolio and keep the team abreast of the performance of your features. Use data to drive continuous enhancements in your portfolio.

· Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and gaining alignment from executive leadership.

What you’ll bring…

Extensive knowledge of fraud & abuse prevention product development. Min 6+ years of experience in fraud investigation preferred.

· A do-er with strong sense of ownership and eye for detail who can not only champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of business goals and objectives, but can also roll up your sleeves to get deep in the weeds to help the team get the job done.

· Demonstrated ability to lead, use data and sound business judgment to influence prioritization and trade-off decisions.

· Ability to take a long-term strategy and a big feature backlog and translate that into roadmaps.

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.

· Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information.

· Experience working in the subscription space a plus.

· Outstanding communication skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Agile delivery experience a plus.
