Your key responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Support the Operations team in process documentation, data entry and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and execution, providing logistical and administrative support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Provide support in coordinating and scheduling meetings/trainings/events
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Skills and attributes for success
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Very good English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Previous internship or work experience in operations or related fields
