Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Support the Operations team in process documentation, data entry and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
  • Provide support in coordinating and scheduling meetings/trainings/events
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Very good English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Previous internship or work experience in operations or related fields
