Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
Experience in managing external brands, advertising, creative agency or an in-house creative team.
A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in conceptual or experiential design.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in presenting creative brand and marketing ideas to executive stakeholders.
Experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to craft compelling, clear, and engaging content across various platforms.
Knowledge of evolving industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Ability to take technologies or concepts and translate them into films, screen visuals, and physical and digital experiences that emotionally connect with consumer, business, influencer and press audiences.
Ability to change insights into brands, products, and target audiences to inform creative ideas.
Excellent organizational networking skills with ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver creative content.
