Primary responsibilities

As a staff, you will be required to

• Help perform materiality assessments under the supervision of senior consultants.
• Help define and collect data for ESG metrics and KPIs.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of ESG assessment frameworks.
• Support the alignment of reporting practices with global standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
• Compile data and research findings to support senior consultants in providing recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and assist in the maintenance of digital systems like Enablon.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the use of technology in ESG initiatives.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

• BE/B-Tech/MBA/ or specific graduate in Environmental sciences, Sustainability and other related discipline
• 0 to 4 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field (including internships).
• Basic understanding of ESG risks, sustainability reporting standards, and frameworks.
• Certifications in climate change, environment, and sustainability related areas from GRI, SASB, GARP, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the ESG and sustainability field.
