Primary responsibilities
As a staff, you will be required to
- Help perform materiality assessments under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Help define and collect data for ESG metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of ESG assessment frameworks.
- Support the alignment of reporting practices with global standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP.
- Compile data and research findings to support senior consultants in providing recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and assist in the maintenance of digital systems like Enablon.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the use of technology in ESG initiatives.
Qualifications, skills, and experience
- BE/B-Tech/MBA/ or specific graduate in Environmental sciences, Sustainability and other related discipline
- 0 to 4 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field (including internships).
- Basic understanding of ESG risks, sustainability reporting standards, and frameworks.
- Certifications in climate change, environment, and sustainability related areas from GRI, SASB, GARP, etc. will be an advantage
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the ESG and sustainability field.
