Ion ImplanterHigh Current NPIdepartment is focused on the design, testing and development of new high current ion implanters andon supporting new process applications.The position will entail the following:
withcoupons and waferspreparationfornew processcharacterization.
Lead small development projects involvingstudies ofmaterial modification with ionbeams.
material characterization techniques including but not limited toellipsometry, SEM and TEM.
data analysis using excel/ MATLAB/Jump or equivalent.
Support process engineeringand interacting with multifunctional groups.
Requirements
Student must be pursuing a Bachelor'sdegreeprogram in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0scale
Experience with wafer metrology is a plus
Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred.
