P&L Support:

• Assist in the preparation, forecasting, and reporting of the Microbusiness segment's P&L.
• Help develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct thorough financial reviews, supporting the Commercial/Product Team by performing ad hoc analyses.
• Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with various teams, including commercial, product, sales, marketing, risk management, analytics, pricing, and finance, to enhance financial performance.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to provide financial insights that align with strategic initiatives.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present financial reports and actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure timely communication of financial findings and implications to relevant stakeholders.

Team Support and Development:

• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members to ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the FP&A team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
• Has analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL and FP&A tools such as Oracle, SAP, Essbase, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and interpret financial models using Excel effectively.
