Job Description

This team provides operational support to Partners and internal sales, enablement, and marketing. It includes onboarding, educating, and supporting Partners and staff across processes, capabilities, and tools. This team also manages the governance of Partners' compliance with Partner Program requirements.

As a Channel Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing On-boarding of Akamai Partners and enabling partners on Akamai's Partner Portal etc
  • Guiding sales teams on account setup and contracting practices to support global partner recruiting and operations efforts
  • Advise partner users and administrators on portal tools, processes, transactions, and documentation. Delivering training and demos
  • Handling and resolving partner support tickets and managing cross-functional team resolution of all cases
  • Guiding optimization and expansion of the partner portal, partner support tools, documentation, FAQs, training, demonstrations, and processes
  • Tracking Program requirements compliance by partners, identifying gaps, and working with partners and teams to achieve compliance

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent. Previous Partner Support experience is ideal.
  • Able to speak in specific languages: Mandarin and Cantonese for Malaysia
  • Able to manage and collaborate on multiple projects, stakeholders, and partners
  • 3+ years of relevant Customer or Channel Support experience and managed CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with teams and resources for issue resolutions regarding Contracting, Sales Operations, Legal, Enterprise Applications, etc
  • Collaborate Engagement with Partner management and executives, sometimes handling sensitive issues, saying no, or redirecting plans
  • Thrive in solving complex problems in situations that demand escalations or selection of resolution paths
  • Manage partnership structure and contracting, and conveying advice to senior stakeholders
