• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
• Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In This role the Sr Supervisor will be expected to:

• Partner with Marketplace Supply Chain, IFP, & External partners for ship goal alignment
• Onboard new vendors within Nike’s network
• Monitor KPIs by partnering both internally and externally to escalate risks within Nike’s network to leaders within Nike NA’s Transportation Team
• Provide critical insights to Nike’s Ship Goal and Landing Estimate monthly and quarterly statuses by partnering with internal and external teams.
• Conduct operational calls to minimize risks and maximize Nike NA’s Transportation Network
