- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in HR.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience in HR Business Partnership/Generalist roles.
- Effective people, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate in English, French, and Portuguese fluently to support client facing consultations as this role is aiming to support the Canada and Brazil regions.
