Key Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of macOS and iOS hardware and experience handling them at scale in lab setups
- Experience testing applications and triaging issues on iOS and macOS.
- Experience using Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Compressor applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent understanding of triaging problems
- Strong software and hardware debugging skills
- Experience configuring systems for accurate performance measurements
- Experience with automation, Unix, and scripting tools and techniques using shell and Python. Xcode/XCTest and Swift is a plus.
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Must be ambitious, a critical thinker, and have strong problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative working environment within your team and beyond
- Familiarity with software development pipelines and bug tracking software
- Experience with video production and/or post production a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field- 3 years of experience in a related position
Additional Requirements
- - Bonus points if you have experience in optimizing the analysis of large data sets through automation.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
