is responsible for working with Key Customer Leaders and customers within the Aerospace, Industrial Manufacturing, Government, and Transportation industries to develop and execute value-based initiatives that drive utilization of existing SSYS solutions and create demand and a pipeline for broad customer and vertical industry adoption. Reports to the VP, Global Industrial Sales and works closely with vertical and customer leaders, customers directly, and cross-functionally with vertical and corporate marketing and commercial teams and product managers.

Customer-Centric Content Development and Promotion:

  • Develop a recipe for packaging and promoting Key Customer applications and associated value to maximize customer-specific broad-based awareness and drive incremental utilization of and demand for Stratasys solutions.
  • Partner with Stratasys Customer Leaders, critical and influential customer contacts, and cross-functionally throughout Stratasys.
  • Create, package, and deliver content that drives action and results against defined goals.

Strategic Campaign Management and Execution:

  • Work with Key Customers and Vertical Marketing and Commercial teams to leverage relationships and customer application use cases.
  • Create campaigns that demonstrate strong application-based ROI with endorsement from industry leaders.
  • Manage and orchestrate a calendar of campaigns, interactions, and tactics targeted at customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute 1:1 online advertising and retargeting ads via search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Host live events and webinars to drive further engagement.
  • Build personalized email marketing campaigns and nurture streams in Marketo.

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of growth initiatives within each vertical, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Communicate results of programs internally, adjust and modify as necessary with a proactive attitude.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by not being afraid to fail fast and modify programs accordingly.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data, market feedback, and evolving industry trends.

Must have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing with a strong focus on demand generation or account-based marketing
  • 5 years hand on experience building and executing campaigns and programs in Marketo or similar marketing automation platform.
  • 5 years’ experience with Salesforce.com campaign tracking, lead management, and opportunity funnel
  • 5+ years of experience marketing in industries like aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or consumer goods/electronics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology and/or building commercial insights that teach differentiation and tailor for resonance.
  • Prior experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) a plus.
  • Experience hosting live events and webinars.
