Our Future Finance Leader’s Program is a comprehensive program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real situations and work on important projects and initiatives. You will also gain exposure to multiple business lines and related responsibilities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university
• Must have graduated from an accredited college or university in December 2024 and be available to begin full-time work in January 2025
• Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing current degree program
