Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in an applied research setting.
4 years of experience in conducting mixed methods research, designing and analyzing surveys and data in an industry or academic environment.
2 years of experience in User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction, applied research or product research/development.
Experience with programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, C++, Java, or Go).
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
5 years of experience in conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
Experience in descriptive, inferential, and multivariate statistics, including t-test and ANOVA, and experimental design.
Ability to choose analysis approach for research question and dataset.
Excellent command of research questions, and of technical tools for the analysis of data.
