What You’ll Do

As the
Head of Mid-Market Enterprise Account Management, you’ll take on one of the most challenging and rewarding sales leadership roles at Uber Eats Taiwan. You will:

  • Lead a team of account managers , providing mentorship, performance management, and personal development to ensure excellence across the function.

  • Build the future of account management by shaping team structure, culture, and operating models, establishing Uber Eats Taiwan as a top-tier sales organization.

  • Manage complex stakeholder needs —balancing external merchant relationships with internal collaboration across Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, Consumer, and Uber Direct teams.

  • Drive strategic sales :

    • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

    • Optimize commercial terms and merchant synergies

    • Develop scalable solutions to improve outcomes across the portfolio

  • Coach and execute : Provide hands-on coaching to junior team members while serving as a thought partner to senior leadership.

  • Champion long-term success : Shape how we engage with the restaurant industry by identifying new models, partnerships, and strategic opportunities like white-label delivery.

  • Inspire team culture : Foster a high-performance, high-integrity culture rooted in Uber values: #DoTheRightThing and #GoGetIt.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10–14 years of experience in sales and team leadership, ideally managing large accounts or B2B relationships

  • Demonstrated track record of driving results and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out while also diving deep into execution

  • Fast, focused, and results-driven—able to coach teams toward continuous weekly improvement

  • High personal standards, grit, and a growth mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales at large consumer-facing internet companies, especially in areas like advertising or logistics

  • Strong understanding of Taiwan’s restaurant industry and merchant ecosystem
