Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, policy, trust and safety or related fields.
2 years of experience in people management, leading teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in people management, including managing managers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing industry and manage ambiguity while seeking to minimize uncertainty through quantitative insights.
Ability to communicate in a native language other than English to review content and manage escalations for the specific language and market.
Excellent strategic and analysis skills, with the ability to lead a team to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive to impact.
Excellent communication skills to drive consensus across stakeholders.
