Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding support to Sales and Business Development new hires, including sales tools, communications, and coordination of ongoing training initiatives
  • Assist with Sales Enablement Newsletter creation and distribution, overseeing timeline management and managing content from contributors
  • Aid in program management of our bi-weekly global sales meeting, organizing speakers and content, and providing post-session recaps, uploading content, etc
  • Maintain Couchbase College communications (Sales/BD new hire bootcamp), managing speaker and attendee deliverables and processing post-program deliverables
  • Provide quarterly awards support to Chief Revenue Officer, Geo VPs and Sales Operations team, collaborating to identify award winners, and supporting creation of slides for presentation
  • Assist with program management of TechLabs, our global technical enablement program, collaborating Sales Engineering leaders and presenters, organizing PMM contributors to drive content delivery dates, and providing overall program communications and updates
  • Manage Sales Enablement inbox and calendar, in support of various program initiatives and ongoing projects
  • Work with procurement specialists to aid Sales Enablement leadership, initiating Coupa requisitions and providing monthly program expense projections, with the support of Program Manager
  • Support ongoing initiatives for high potential employees, including managing timelines and communications to ensure progression through leadership training opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales or sales enablement and a desire to develop a career in sales, training, or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a bias for action.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Adobe software a plus
