- Identify and develop test and calibration solutions that span across the end-to-end supply chains to achieve world-class operational efficiencies- Define test and calibration strategy, roadmap, and supporting infrastructure and systems that are efficient, robust, and flexible to be deployed to a wide range of products- Work hand-in-hand with counterparts at the manufacturing sites to ensure the successful rollout of new test and calibration solutions- Continuous improvements of solutions and processes through monitoring, and analysis of manufacturing information to identify opportunities for optimization- Improve product quality by tracking/closing test gaps and correlation issues across the supply chain during the development stage.
- B.Eng/B.S or equivalent experience in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Proven knowledge and experience in Sensing (Optical/Motion etc) product development and manufacturing cycle
- More than 3 Years of experience in high volume manufacturing environment
- Experience in development of tools and systems through one or more relevant programming or scripting languages (C, C++, Python)
- Familiar with the application of Machine Learning and statistical knowledge and tools to drive failure analysis, and solutions, and enable supply chain End-End optimization
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn and talk about new technologies along with a positive and enthusiastic engagement style
- Ability to break down sophisticated problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work multi-functionally in a global environment.
- Proven track record of working independently and delivering high-quality solutions within tight schedules.
- Solid engineering analytical skills that can be applied to technical assessments on issues debug and assessments
- Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and or knowledge of basic concepts is a plus
