Job Title:Senior Consultant – (F&O) Project and Accounting Implementation Specialist
EY is looking for a Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of the Project and Accounting module in Dynamics 365 F&O, covering areas such as project management, cost control, billing, revenue recognition, and project accounting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system designs.
- Configure and customize the Project and Accounting module to meet client-specific needs.
Customer Engagement:
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define project scope, and validate business processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on industry best practices and module capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between system functionalities and business objectives.
Integration Management:
- Work with technical teams to design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and external systems, such as time tracking tools, financial systems, or ERP platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow using integration tools like Azure Logic Apps, OData, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
Project Delivery:
- Drive the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Develop and execute test cases for system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and system stability.
Financial Management Expertise:
- Ensure seamless integration between the Project and Accounting module and other financial modules (GL, AP, AR).
- Address compliance requirements, such as revenue recognition, financial reporting, and tax localization.
Documentation and Training:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure efficient use of the system.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with expertise in the Project and Accounting module.
- Strong understanding of project operations, including project creation, budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration using tools like DMF, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes and how they integrate with project operations.
- Familiarity with compliance and localization requirements, such as tax reporting and audit trails.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality solutions on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Certification (Project and Accounting).
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) for enhanced reporting and process automation.
- Experience with global implementations or multi-site rollouts.
