By leveraging our broader network and combining unique expertise, you'll help scale the Investments team's impact and contributions to drive AWS's startup strategy forward.Key job responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role, however you will serve as the Global Investments Manager for startup-focused initiatives at AWS that require cross-team influence. Your role will include but is not limited to:• Developing and executing strategies to identify and support high-potential startups at the geo and global level
• Analyze customer churn trends and implement strategic programs to improve retention rates
• Create mechanisms to constantly understand ‘Voice of Customer’ through surveys as well as internal feedback from startup-facing team members
• Write MBR documents and leading reviews to summarize to stakeholders the progress
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing credit offerings to identify market gaps and untapped opportunities to enhance offerings and improve processes
• Analyze credit issuance and usage patterns, forecast future needs, and optimize programs by coordinating cross-functionally with Startup Business Development, Sales, GTM & Strategy, Product/Engineering, Program Management Office (PMO), Marketing, and FinanceAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
