Your role:
- Define solutions based on user needs by working with clinical science.
- Create use cases and requirements.
- Propose the overall feature design and evaluate between different design choices when available.
- Interface to the Platform core-team for feature definition, interface definition with other subsystems.
- Drive prototyping / concept development for new features / functionality working with platform (Systems Engineering, Clinical Science, Physics and Marketing) team.
- Provide inputs to HOST Roadmap.
- Support development team in feature realization & Project manager / integrator in execution & feature integration.
- Support investigation & root cause analysis for defects and impact analysis for RFCs in owned feature areas.
- Support development team in feature realization & Project manager / integrator in execution & feature integration.
- Support verification by reviewing test plan (scoping), test protocols and test results.
- Perform requirement analysis for owned feature/ program & provide high-level design
Support project management in estimation, planning, risk management and execution of the work-packages. - Responsible for the design meeting the feature requirements.
- Propose the overall feature design and evaluate between different design choices when available.
Identify & drive design FMEA for owned feature. - Ensure that performance / non-functional requirements are defined and addressed by teams.
- Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects.
- Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products.
- Manages technical communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Participates in defining and optimizing WoW with cross-functional teams within the global CT R&D organization

- 12 to 14 years of software development experience
- Experience in requirements management & software architecture and design concepts
- Proven working experience in global, multidiscipline environment.
- Good knowledge of medical software and imaging with X-ray and CT background being preferable
- Hands on knowledge on SW Application development and requirements management.
- Good communication skills. Ability to present technical / complex issues to various audiences.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Proven technical leadership in matrix / global environment
- Ability to influence peers and counterparts often in remote locations
- Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills
- Expertise in object oriented design concepts and interface design.
- Exposure to healthcare standards (DICOM, IHE, ISO, IEE) and regulations.
- Exposure to SDLC Phases and SW quality standards and processes (Six-sigma).
