Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting sales administration activities for wide range of commercial banking products and solutions, paired up with Relationship Managers in supporting daily account maintenance and relevant logistics
• Provides day-to-day client servicing, handle and provide timely resolution to client issues.
• Completes all assigned tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant sales support experience in Commerical Banking is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in team setting
• Good in stakeholders' management, proactively seek input as appropriate

Education:

• Bachelors degree
