- Bachelor's degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
- 8 years in Consulting, vendor or partner management, including selection, vendor operations, negotiating agreements.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in operational or sourcing capacity for Machine Learning data operations, content review, annotations, and ratings.
- Experience executing service agreements, statements of work for outsourced operations.
- Experience in multi vendor operations management for scaled operations and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally to multiple teams across all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
