Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience in software development in one or more of the following coding languages (C, C++, Java, Go, or Python) and with data structures/algorithms.
- Typically 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Typically have 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Typically 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
- Ability to debug, optimize code, and to automate routine tasks.
- Expertise working with large-scale distributed systems.
