The PSO Operations team is seeking a Capital Equipment Tooling Program Manager. This role will coordinate with department teams and supervise the tooling management process from initiation through delivery. Responsible for collecting and maintaining tooling data for both new and existing equipment. Analyze risk assessments, conduct analysis, and data mining for compliance reporting and ensure program metrics are met. Partner Product Support and the field service supervisors, engineers, and project teams to supervise tooling compliance. This position will build equipment and maintenance plans in current and new tooling systems and update tooling records.

  • Plan, coordinate, and own the KLA tooling management program and incorporating industry standard methodologies.
  • Develop, establish, and maintain policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, metrics, and other strategic planning tools applicable to the asset management function.
  • Data reporting, analysis, and development of key performance indicators supporting strategic decision-making of the Services organization.
  • Proactively reduce tooling management-related risks through continuously standardizing and improving how tooling is handled.
  • Provide tooling management technical expertise support for projects and initiatives involving product life cycle management.
  • Coordinate with product support team on ramp of new products.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members to handle tooling efficiently.
  • Lead preventative maintenance and repairs including qualifying a calibration warehouse and maintaining a standard calibration process. Perform regular audits of tooling and tracking processes.
  • Handle tooling orders including follow-up on aging orders and approved customer orders.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and other multi-functional team members and engineers to scope and define short term mitigation and long-term strategy and plan to support business needs.
  • Lead project schedules, implementations, reviews, and results. Communicate and work efficiently with a global service team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in field engineering including customer service, technical support, or install engineering.
  • Semiconductor equipment work experience.
