You will be a part of the dynamicvalue propositions todrive top line performancevia supply-chain solutions.

Your role:

• Representing Procurement anddriving impactful initiativesto reduce supply-risk, increase supply-agility, reduce cost, and unlock revenue growth opportunities for a fast-paced Sleep & Respiratory Care business.

• Deep knowledge of long-term structural cost drivers for an assigned product/category to understand negotiation levers and achievement offirst-time rightcosting of sourced materials & services.

• Lead supplier selection process by effective use of sourcing-grids to objectively and subjectively propose business award to Philips’s material and service suppliers.

• Drive savings in close cooperation with Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commodity Management.

• Deliver significant contributions to business cases steered towards supply-base risk reduction, agility, cost, and revenue growth.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree required,in a relevant technical discipline is highly preferred
• 5+ years consistent professional track record in a relevant Procurement discipline
• Experience in managing and proposing business award via a supplier selection process
• Experience in contracting with new and/or existing material and service suppliers
• Experience inDfX, Value Engineering, LEAN or Six Sigma
• Experience in initiating and driving cost down projects
• Project management skills (been able to manage timelimes, budgets, crossfunctional teams).
