You will report directly to our Director of AI and Data Science and you'll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the business by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and identifying growth opportunities through actionable insights derived from data analysis.
YOU MUST HAVE • 8+ years of experience within data science, machine learning, or another related field
• Proven experience leading data science teams and delivering successful projects
• Strong project management and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
· Partner with business stakeholders across the Integrated Supply Chain unit to identify key challenges and opportunities.
· Translate business problems into well-defined data science projects aligned with strategic objectives.
· Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex supply chain issues (e.g., inventory optimization, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance).
· Develop and maintain robust MLOps practices for productionizing and monitoring machine learning models.
· Communicate complex data science findings to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and reports.
· Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, exploring and integrating cutting-edge techniques (e.g., Generative AI, Vision AI) to enhance supply chain performance.

Programming: Proficiency in Python/R and SQL
Machine Learning: Regression, random foreast, Xgboost, neural networks(RNN, GNN etc), MLOps, SVM, hyperparameter tuning, forecasting (arima, LSTM etc.), Gen Ai, RAG, Optimization, Predictive Analytics, deep learning, Pytorch, tensorflow, keras, Vision AI WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
