As a Senior IT Solutions Architect at Honeywell, you will leverage your extensive expertise within the Order to Collections technology strategy and leadership. As a leader, you will be important in shaping our technology architecture and digital transformation roadmap. You will report directly to our Director of IT—Order to Collections and work on a hybrid schedule out of one of our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ locations. In this role, you will impact our organization's ability to adapt, scale, and thrive in an ever-evolving technological landscape. You will partner and foster close relationships with the cross-functional teams in enterprise architecture, technology, business functional subject matter experts, and sourcing to develop IT architecture solutions that ensure alignment with the business objectives.
- Oversee and lead IT solution architecture strategy for Order to Collections with merger and acquisition targets
- Provide Integration architecture, end-to-end data flow design (such as from SFDC, SAP CPQ, E-Commerce sites, Customer portal to SAP S/4 or ECC, to e-Invoicing portals to other peripheral applications supporting credit risk, collections, dispute management, and cash application)
- Convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design based on architecture standards and usage guidelines
- Evangelize and drive alignment on adopting and realizing the overall architecture strategy
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Order to Collections capabilities and best practices
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and efficiency
- Leverage your expertise in technology with your business acumen as you partner with the Customer Experience and Credit to Collections organization to identify opportunities, gaps, and technologies needed to fulfill business needs
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically within the Order to Collections domain.
- 7+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, implementing Sales and Distribution (SAP - SD) processes in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, including integration with FI - Accounts Receivables/Finance Supply Chain (FSCM).
- Experience building Integration architecture (e.g., using Informatica, SAP BTP, Apigee, APIs, and others)
- Worked on at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC), CRM, and integration with SAP ECC
- Experience setting up solutions for Subscription billing using SAP BRIM, Contract Accounting (FI-CA), CPQ, and Revenue Recognition.
- 5+ years of experience working as an Enterprise Solution Architecture.

- Experience in Capability Maturity Modelling and Enterprise Architecture Tools and Frameworks
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, FI-AR, FI-FSCM, Subscription Billing, BRIM setup
- Experience integrating SaaS applications to backend ERP using services, including but not limited to SAP PI/PO, CIG, and BTP Integration Suite
- Good understanding of end-to-end Order to Collections processes and touch points with third-party tools
- Experience working in Master Data management applications and architecting customer data flows
- Good understanding of Export Control, Contract Management, DPAS, and FedRAMP (Technology Selection Guidelines) within the Order to Collections domain
