In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data management strategies for diverse testing environments.
- Utilize automation tools and methodologies to streamline and optimize data management processes.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of high-quality test data, ensuring it's accurate, secure, and representative across various domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data management strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test data management plans, including data generation, masking, and provisioning strategies.
- Implement and execute automated tests to ensure data quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation to enhance efficiency and efficacy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in test data management practices and technologies.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in test data management.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically in test data management.
- Strong proficiency in multiple automation tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple domains.
- Excellent understanding of data management principles, data quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data-related issues.
- Proven track record of successful implementation of automated data management solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in test data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
