What You’ll Do
  • Data Insights & Analysis: Manage post-campaign reporting and insights across all Uber Advertising sales verticals (Enterprise, Strategic Verticals, CPG, Agencies), delivering actionable recommendations for brand and performance media.
  • Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain reliable data models that support Uber’s analytical and product data needs. Deploy and refine ETL processes to ensure high data quality and consistency.
  • Advertising Strategy & Optimization: Present client-facing, data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of top advertisers’ campaigns.
  • Scaling Measurement Operations: Contribute to building automated solutions that efficiently scale our measurement service for sales teams and advertisers.
  • Regional Advocacy & Customization: Collaborate with local Account Executives, Account Managers, and Merchant Operations teams to understand market nuances and customize measurement solutions accordingly.
  • Operational Performance Management: Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track the progress and productivity of measurement operations, driving business reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, measurement, and insights, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and database management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively translate technical work to non-technical stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple reporting and analysis requests efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process standardization through meticulous documentation.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience in digital marketing and advertising technology, including third-party measurement tools (Kantar, Ibope), tag management solutions, and programmatic ad-buying platforms.
  • Experience with real-time data processing and modeling technologies, including Presto SQL, Hive, and Spark.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
